| Can I keep track with the transaction(s) that I made? |
Yes, sure. When you order, you will receive an order ID that is used for tracking purposes. Just go to Track Order section, enter your order ID and you can keep track of what is going on with your order. |

Normally, we tailor your product within 5-14 days depending on the complexity of the item. However, in some rare cases such as more complex style, fabric availability, it takes a bit more. Nevertheless, we will keep you in touch in such cases. |

After your payment is clear, we ship the package immediately even on weekend when the local post office still opens. |

If it is Aodai4u's mistake that you received different item, different size or different color, you can exchange. However, please note the following conditions:
- Exchanged goods must not be used.
- Aodai4u is not liable for postage on returns.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date it is shipped.
- If it turns out that the mistake was actually caused by customer, you need to pay for postage so that Aodai4u can ship it back to you. If you refuse to pay this postage, Aodai4u will issue refund (full refund if satisfied return policies or charge applied depending on the situation of the goods).
